1. Policy Overview
This Refund Policy applies to the subscription services provided by EastdAI (referred to as "the Service"). Since this Service involves immediate authorization and consumable data services, the value delivery is irreversible once the function is utilized. Therefore, our refund policy is strict and limited.
2. Subscription Types and Refund Period
The Service offers four subscription plans: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual.
- Refund Period: You may submit a refund request within 【14 calendar days】 of the original purchase or renewal date.
- Refund Limitation: We do not offer prorated refunds for any paid subscription period. All refunds must strictly meet all conditions outlined in Section 3.
3. Limited Refund Conditions (Prerequisites for Refund)
A refund request must simultaneously satisfy all the following conditions:
A. Must Be Within Period and Have Minimal Usage
- Time Limit: The application must be submitted within the 14 calendar days of purchase or renewal.
- Usage Limit: Within these 14 days, the cumulative number of data scraping or summarization actions must not exceed 【20 actions】 .
B. Must Have a Serious and Unresolvable Technical Failure
- Technical Defect: There must be a serious and unresolvable technical defect in the extension (e.g., the extension cannot be installed, core scraping function is completely non-operational), preventing core service usage as described.
- Failure to Resolve: Our technical support team must have been unable to resolve the issue or provide an effective temporary solution within 48 hours of receiving the detailed failure report.
4. Non-Applicable Situations (No Refund Granted)
Refund requests will NOT be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Effective Use: The usage of scraping or summarization actions exceeds the limits specified in Section 3A.
- Non-Technical Reasons: Subscription cancellation due to "change of mind," "business strategy adjustment," "dissatisfaction with subjective data quality," or market competition.
- User-Side Issues: Intermittent service disruption caused by the user's device compatibility, network environment, or temporary/permanent restrictions imposed by the target e-commerce platform on scraping activities.
- Failure to Cancel: Automatic renewal charges due to the user forgetting or failing to cancel the next subscription cycle on time.
5. Subscription Management and Cancellation
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime within your account settings. The service will remain active until the end of the current paid cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual), and no further charges will be incurred.
- No Prorated Refund: Cancellation of a subscription is not a refund; we do not offer prorated refunds for any part of the unused subscription period.
6. Refund Application Procedure
To apply for a refund, you must strictly follow these steps:

7. Refund Processing
We will review your complete application and evidence within 【5-10 business days】 of receipt. If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment platform.
