1. Policy Overview

This Refund Policy applies to the subscription services provided by EastdAI (referred to as "the Service"). Since this Service involves immediate authorization and consumable data services, the value delivery is irreversible once the function is utilized. Therefore, our refund policy is strict and limited.

2. Subscription Types and Refund Period

The Service offers four subscription plans: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual.

3. Limited Refund Conditions (Prerequisites for Refund)

A refund request must simultaneously satisfy all the following conditions:

  1. Technical Defect: There must be a serious and unresolvable technical defect in the extension (e.g., the extension cannot be installed, core scraping function is completely non-operational), preventing core service usage as described.
  2. Failure to Resolve: Our technical support team must have been unable to resolve the issue or provide an effective temporary solution within 48 hours of receiving the detailed failure report.
